IMMUNIZATIONS

  /  VACCINE SCHEDULE
We offer childhood, adolescent, and adult vaccinations.

Vaccinations are given by a registered nurse that is knowledgeable to the Center for Disease

Control requirements.

APPOINTMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR IMMUNIZATIONS

• We will need to see your immunization record and insurance card at each visit. 
• Your insurance will be billed for the immunizations.
• Vaccines are available to some that are uninsured or underinsured.
