NUISANCE COMPLAINT INVESTIGATIONS
To assure a healthy, sanitary, and safe environment for people living in or visiting Hocking County, the Environmental Health Division conducts nuisance complaint investigations in accordance with the Hocking County Health Department Sanitary Code and the Ordinances of Logan City. These include trash and solid waste disposal, sewage disposal, sanitary housing, and open burning.
A Nuisance may be merely the right thing in the wrong place-like a pig in the parlor instead of the barnyard.
