The Hocking County Health Department Environmental Division is responsible for the registration of sewage service providers in accordance with the Logan-Hocking County General Health District Sanitary Regulations – Sewage Treatment System Rules – Regulation 16.

A sewage service provider must provide the following to become registered annually;

• Hocking County Health Department Sewage Service Provider Application

• Sewage Service Provider Application Fee

• Performance Bond for $5,000.

• A passing sewage service provider exam score
